We’re sure you’ve heard about the new the Cad /Cam milling
technology used to manufacture metal-free zirconia, spinell,
and alumina crowns and bridges. Nexus Studios has been
researching these and other technologies for years and we
will continue to do so in order to assure our clients with
the longest lasting, trouble free restorations that maintain
aesthetics, and promote overall dental health.
Nexus Studios uses Vita VM9 porcelain for our metal-free restorations
and Vita PM9 for press to Zirconia. Vita VM9 porcelain produces one
of the best porcelain to core bond strengths found on the market today.
For a metal-free restoration needing maximum strength, using PM9
pressed over Zirconia is the best choice. Both methods offer
excellent esthetics for single crowns and bridges up to 6 units.
All porcelain to zirconia and pressed to zirconia restorations are
made using Lava Zirconia by 3M unless otherwise prescribed.
