Splinted Crowns with Telescopic Abutment & Posts

This case was contracted to Nexus Studios by another laboratory.
The patient presented a unique challange with two endodontically treated, amputated roots. A single abutment was preferred for stabilization, however the root canals were divergent and would not allow for a single post to draw. so a two piece abutment post was utilized.
