John Gladman started his career in dental technology as a delivery driver for a laboratory in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1982. After graduating from the dental technology course at North East Technical College in 1984 continued working in laboratories around the Twin Cities area. John has experience in all areas of the dental laboratory technology and has worked extensively with implants. John was recently education co-chair for the Minnesota Dental Laboratory Association and is still active in promoting a higher level of knowledge for all technicians.

Steve Rogers started his career in dental technology in 1989 after being approached by John with an offer to work in a laboratory. After working in that lab for seven years, and achieving management level in crown and bridge, Steve parted from the industry in order to form a business operating corporate elections for publicly traded companies. Although successful, Steve enjoyed working in the dental industry and decided to sell his business to form Nexus Studios, Ltd.in 2001.

John and Steve were always frustrated with laboratories embracing the quantity over quality approach. Nexus Studios was founded on the ideals of providing the highest quality products through education, communication, and efficient production while maintaining reasonable turnaround times. All technicians at Nexus Studios are encouraged to pursue continuing education and are competent and confident in current trends, techniques and products.
